Are there any other mods that might help? Several other mods were tried as a way of fixing this, including YUP, NVAC, and NV Tick Fix mods. I think this is actually happening around the same time the quest is initiated. I have also tried advancing the quest stage but it doesn't seem to work. The difference with using coc to the balcony is that the map partially loads and I can see parts of the surrounding area. If I use coc to go to the balcony, it's also the same outcome as if I just take the door or was transported from the Satellite at the drive-in. This was 'solved' by a workaround to avoid the cutscene. Then, at the end of the 'cutscene' introductory movie/slideshow, the game would freeze.
